A new program, Facilitation for Facilitators, has recently been a huge success for a major communications Sales Academy in New Zealand. The program, designed by Dr Andrew O’Brien was a highly successful. The purpose of the two-day workshop is to enhance the capacity of managers to move from ‘telling and selling’ to a more facilitative style of working with their teams. Participants learn a large range of facilitation concepts and practices, mixed with vital practical tips relating to how to ensure that physical space is used appropriately for the learning outcomes/effective communication that is desired. As a practical program, the participants have several opportunities to be ‘on stage’ to develop their skills. Feedback is an integral aspect of the program to ensure that learning occurs through both taking action and reflecting upon that action. For more information on this program please contact us
