COMCAR Management Team delighted with their Workplace Relations Program

The COMCAR National Management team were delighted with the Workplace Relations Program provided by Organisations That Matter. With organisational communication constantly reported as a significant problem that reduces organisational performance in all industries and sectors Organisations That Matter were engaged to assist COMCAR in improving their already high standards. Like many organisations with 350 plus employees spread across the breadth of Australia communication is always a challenge and COMCAR is renowned for its focus on continuous improvement. This year’s program emphasised a simple and practical approach to improving workplace communication. The capacity for people to tend to ‘jump to conclusions’ is often very high. Unfortunately this behaviour can lead to a considerable amount of miscommunication that can lead to lower than expected performance outcomes. Using a tool to assist staff to understand this phenomenon, everyone from the National Manager to frontline casual staff were included in the program.
