Organisations That Matter has launched an online learning community. Members include professionals, retirees, graduate and undergraduate students and elite sports people. “People have joined our learning environment for different reasons. Members are able to easily select content that suits their needs which is proving to be an excellent benefit of the site” founding Director Gary Ryan reported.

Irrespective of the career stage that people are in, the online learning community has content for everyone. With the focus of the site being to connect “students of life” the team at Organisations That Matter have ensured that the site content has practical application. Enhancing individual and organisational performance is why Organisations That Matter exists and there is little surprise that there has been a strong growth in membership. Gary also added, “We are pleased with the initial phase of the site and have already added a number of new applications to ensure that the different learning styles that members bring with them to our community can be accommodated.” New applications include the podcasting of many of the articles as well as Slideshare, an application that provides presentations with audio facilities.
