I am a Certified What Makes People Tick® Facilitator and have served as a Senior Assessor for the Customer Service Institute of Australia with considerable expertise in developing service excellence. I am also a Licensed 0-10 Relationship Management® Elite Trainer Facilitator, enabling me to assist organisations to optimise performance through improved internal and external relationship management.
I have studied extensively, initially attaining a Bachelor of Education (Deakin University), then a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Management, both from Monash University.
My areas of speciality include executive coaching for senior and developing leaders, small and large group facilitation and the design and facilitation of tailored leadership programs. All of my activities focus on high performance cultures that benefit individuals, teams and organisations.
Personally, I am happily married and a proud father of five children. I am dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and contribute to my local communityin various roles within our local junior sporting clubs.
