My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Master of Management, both from Monash University.
My areas of specialty encompass executive coaching for senior and developing leaders, small and large group facilitation, and the design and implementation of customised leadership programs. Every initiative I undertake is geared towards fostering high-performance cultures that drive individual, team, and organisational growth.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I lead a fulfilling personal life as a dedicated husband and proud father of five children. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial to me, and I actively contribute to my local community through involvement in various roles within our local junior sporting clubs. In fact, I’m not just an expert in leadership, but I’ve also demonstrated my endurance and discipline by completing 11 marathons, including an impressive eighth-place finish in the Alice Springs Marathon in 2009.
