- How to catalyse high quality conversations (Conversations That Matter)
- How to implement Service Excellence (The OTM Service Strategy)
- How to prepare and present when public speaking (two public speaking presentations were included in the program)
- How to conduct one on ones with staff
- How to conduct difficult conversations
- How to keep yourself and your team accountable
- How to work across departments, physical locations and time-zones in a national organisation
